India , the child labour country

India is a democratic country. India`s constitution is world`s lengthiest and flexible constitution. Under Article 24 in Fundamental Rights, there is clearly mention of prohibition of child labor. But this can`t follow by higher authorities as well as rich. They exploit children in every manner that is by mentally as well as physically. They give low wages to them for their hard work. The pertinent question arises is it the constitution of India?
