For this you need this minimum specification::

1. 4GB Ram

2. i3 processor 

3. Iso file of the operating system

Steps to install the operating system:

1. Make sure in the bios, virtualization option is enabled.

2. Install freely available virtualization software like VMware or virtual box.

3. Add the iso file to install the operating system.

4. According to your requirement, give the space for storage( same as a hard disk in real pc) and ram.
